The Berth Owners within Auckland’s premium marina, located at Half Moon Bay, are collectively represented by the ‘Half Moon Bay Marina Berthowners Association Inc’.
The Association was formed as an Incorporated Society in 1973 (before the marina opened) and represents its Berthowner members in dealings with Marina management and its owners, The Auckland Maritime Foundation.
The Association represents all Berthowners in constructively dealing with the Marina management, particularly on practical matters relating to the operation and maintenance of the facility; this aspect is achieved through the joint ‘Marina Operations Committee’.
As Berthowners at the Half Moon Bay marina we are a community with similar interests. Membership in the Association provides some worthwhile benefits for your berth, your boat and future security of your investment.
